This simple, wholesome meal that feels just a little extra special. Healthy HeartBeets Pesto Pasta brings a subtle pop of color and plenty of flavor, all while keeping things light, fresh, and plant-based. Whether you’re cooking for someone you love or just treating yourself, it’s a delicious way to add a little heart(beet) to your day.


Ingredients:
* 2 cups packed fresh basil leaves
* 1/4 cup pine nuts
* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
* 1-2 scoops of Healthy HeartBeets
* Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
* Combine basil, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, Healthy HeartBeets, chia seeds, and hemp seeds in a food processor.
* Pulse until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
* Season with salt and pepper to taste.
* Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
